Hi everyone,

I'm curious about breathwork practices and would love to explore them in Amsterdam. Whether it's guided sessions, workshops, or group classes, I’m looking for recommendations from those who have experienced breathwork in the city.

What are some of the best places or instructors that offer classes? Are there specific techniques (e.g., Wim Hof, holotropic breathwork) that have worked well for you? Any tips on what to expect during a session would also be appreciated.

I’m excited to try this and would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Thanks in advance!

In Amsterdam, there are several places to explore breathwork. The Wim Hof Method is popular and taught by certified instructors through workshops across the city. The Conscious Club also offers various workshops, including holotropic and transformational breathwork, which focus on emotional release and deep healing. Breathwork is a central part of many practices in the city, and Breathwork Amsterdam provides both group classes and private sessions, offering different techniques that can help with stress relief and personal growth. During a session, you’ll typically go through guided breathing exercises, which can evoke intense physical and emotional sensations. It’s a powerful experience, so it's good to come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.
