I’ve recently developed an interest in Dutch comic books and was wondering if anyone could share recommendations or insights about this unique genre. I’m aware of some well-known titles like Storm and Suske en Wiske, but I’m curious to explore deeper into the world of Dutch comic books.

Hey! Aside from Storm and Suske en Wiske, check out De Rode Ridder for medieval adventures, Johan en Pirrewiet for humor and fantasy, and Nero for a satirical take. Dutch comic books are known for their clean art and a blend of humor, adventure, and local culture, often differing from international comics with their unique storytelling. Artists like Hanco Kolk and Theo van den Boogaard have had a significant influence on the scene.
