I’ve been using a lap day calculator to track my workouts, but I’m noticing some discrepancies in the results. Sometimes, the distance or time doesn’t match what I experience during my sessions. I’ve adjusted the settings, but I’m not sure if I’m missing something.
Is the lap day calculator taking into account my specific pace or any other factors that might affect the output? Specifically, I’m looking for a dog and human lap day calculator that works well for both myself and my dog during our joint training.
Any tips on fine-tuning the settings for accuracy?
