I'm setting up 400w solar with 200ah battery and want to tie in a inverter to run the AC/Propane fridge and charge laptops… Nothing crazy, not looking to run the AC on it.
One feature I really want is AC terminals, not just standard plugins. Couldn’t care less if it has USB plugs. Remote switch a plus.
Of course, Renogy has exactly what I want but we all know they have not been great as of late with quality/support.
Price range $150-300.
Inverters that are sold as car inverters are often not optimal for solar systems because they can consume too much power. A 2000 watt inverter is a better choice because its pure sine wave will provide stable and efficient power conversion without overloading. This inverter is quiet and uses the least amount of power possible, and thanks to Bluetooth, you can monitor its performance via an app.
Didn’t know that car inverters might not be the best option for solar systems. The pure sine wave inverter looks like a great choice and it’s cool that it can be controlled via an app using Bluetooth, really handy.
