The method for add visa gift card to paypal balance is little technical but easy to follow. First you have to request a payment from your known one to your paypal account. Then you can send the sae amount as it your gift card. Then you have to link visa gift card as a way of paying the payment. Then once the other person has accepted the payment then your balance can be transfer to his account using your gift card balance.
