Which time in which timezone does the workshop of 7/8 July start?

Timezones always get me confused. Since the workshop is hosted by Hasanuddin University, does it mean it starts in the Sulawesi timezone?

7 July 9 AM in Makassar (Hasanuddin University) = 7 July 3 AM in Amsterdam = 6 July 21:00 in New York?
